What you provide

Venue and space

A venue for 100 to 150 people, with a reception and check-in area
Room for the audience to move up to the screens and move freely, rather than fixed seating
A competitor staging area for the pre-show tech check, and a judges' table with clear sightlines

AV and tech

5 to 7 large display screens, placed close to the audience
Recommended layout: three at the front (timer, challenge wheel, and one side screen) and two to four at the back depending on room depth
Reliable high-bandwidth internet, hardwired where possible, with a backup connection. The competition is live AI generation and depends on it
Microphones, speakers and PA, a sound board, and an on-site AV technician
Power and charging at each station. Laptops supplied by the host or brought by competitors
A countdown timer display and a screen for the live bracket draw

Audience and run of show

A local audience, with registration and on-site check-in
One or two MCs to run the show
A window of roughly three hours, plus a 30-minute pre-show tech check
